This was by far the best Valentine's Day dinner we have had! The food was fabulous...and while a little pricey...worth every dime! Plus the price included soup, salad, appetizer, meat, fried rice, veggies & lo-mein noodles. No reason to leave hungry that is for sure! We did the Emperor's meal which included Chicken, Fillet, and Shrimp. WAY TOO much food! I would have been ecstatic to have just eaten their wonderful teriyaki chicken. Everything is prepared table side right in front of you. Fabulous meal, the wait staff was by far the best I have had the privileged of being served by and the entertainment was worth it all! Great place to enjoy a special meal out!

My family chose to spend our New Year's Eve at this restaurant. I made reservations a week in advance to make sure that we would be able to get a table that evening. We arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before our reservation time and were told it would be 20 - 30 minutes before we would be seated because they were catching up. No problem. An hour and a half later I was in full discussion with the manager who did not have anything to say. I had 2 children with me and my 75 year old Mother. They ruined our New Years Eve. They were seating very large parties with later reservation times before they were seating us. I can understand waiting some time on New Years Eve, but if they would have told me that it would be at minimum an hour and a half wait, I would have never made my family wait through that. Many people left the restaurant after waiting for a very long time. It was the worst service that I have ever had at a restaurant. We did not eat at this establishment. They lied to us, ruined our evening and did not deserve for us to spend our hard earned money at their establishment. They were more concerned with making a buck than making their customers happy. To them if they could wait on their big parties and lose some of their smaller parties, that was perfectly ok with them and seemed like it was part of the plan.

My Fiance and I just visited Ariake Steakhouse tonight and we were thoroughly impressed! We were a bit scared to try it as neither of us had tried a Japanese steakhouse before and we weren't quite sure what to expect. Also, the location seemed a bit odd, it's located in a shopping center in between a lot of stores with hardly any other restaurants by it. Despite our concerns we loved the food and service! The restaurant was very clean, and decorated nice. Neither of our glasses were ever empty due to the prompt service and everyone was very friendly. The food was a bit expensive, but with the experience of having the entertainment of them cooking it right in front of us I'd say it was worth it.
