The people in this place are the rudest individuals that I have ever encountered. They expect you to pay high inflated "Chesterfield" prices and be treated as if you are beneath them. Get a clue....you're a dog groomer, not a noble prize winner.
They will never get another penny from me and I will tell everyone I know with a pet to STAY AWAY from this horrific place. If they treat human beings this badly, God only knows how they treat your pet when you leave your furry kid with them.
